You are missing the point. Fury is licenced by the BBBoC, same as Galahad and Dillian, so if he'd failed a UKAD drug test he shouldn't be able to fight anywhere, not just in the UK.

According to Fury, he is suing UKAD because he was told he HADN'T failed a drug test and no action was going to be taken against him.

Teper is licenced in Germany and his ban only applies in the UK and in EBU sanctioned fights.

The BDB was a member of the EBU until shortly before the last Teper fight. Which was his second fight under EBU member BDB since being "suspended". The whole point is none of us know what is going on until UKAD speaks. So far all the information we're getting is from Fury's side. I suggest they keep quiet and if UKAD hasn't suspended him or said he failed a test, why is he suing them for saying he failed a test?

I'm not sure, because of the lack of information from UKAD, but it looks like they might have now decided to charge him with PED abuse on the basis of one dodgy sample out of a few that were taken in Feb & March 2015. But they still haven't suspended his licence, and it looks like the rematch with Wlad is going ahead as planned.
