I don't recall Kovalev "running away" at all. The camera focused mainly on Stevenson and Kovalev stood there flipping him off.

What I did find odd was the noise Kovalev made. He called him a chicken and implied that Stevenson was ducking him but made a noise that sounded more like a pig

stevenson doesn't care that his purses, ratings, and attendance numbers continue to drop. he just won't take that deal to fight kovalev on hbo ppv. he would rather win then anything. winning is probably fun. i've never done it but i think i can imagine the feeling.
