As much as I would enjoy seeing this fight perhaps its time to end the talks of Golovkin vs Lara both men have shhhhtty people advising them as can be evidenced by some of the gems dropped here by Decubas. Decubas is comfortable earning Lara a million per bout with soft touches just like Loeffler is happy with platitudes promises and being mr nice guy.

DeCubas said over a year ago they'd fight on HBO and in Kazakhstan, but he never actually pursued the fight. It reminds me when team Golovkin approached Peter Quillin for a fight and Quillin/Schaeffer said they need to allow Showtime to bid on rights for the fight......

DiBella knows a **** more about the business & politics than you I would imagine.

Yes because a year ago he could fight anywhere.

Golovkin is the one restricted and is the A-side, calling him out is all Lara can do he's not in a position to make offers. You know this, but you want to defend Lil G.

A year ago Lara was only fighting retired WW's (Zaveck, Rodriguez). DeCubas is all talk and holding his hands out for those Haymon paydays. Lara's always talking Golovkin (who as you say is restricted to HBO), but he rarely says **** about Jacobs, Quillin, or Andrade.

You can believe all Haymon guys are allowed to fight on HBO if you want. That's why Quillin vacated his title after another promoter won the bid and took the fight over to HBO, and then 6 months later was trying to fight for the same title again when it was off HBO. It's also why you have Stephen Espinoza giving an interview after Golovkin/Wade saying how they hope they can work a deal for Golovkin/Jacobs when Jacobs (who's now fighting on Spike TV), isn't even under contract with Showtime and in his last fight on Showtime only recieved 385k viewers.....

Most Haymon fighters can fight anywhere they want. They're obviously going to go to where the most money is.

All i see is excuses, excuses, excuses. That's all Lil Gina's post EXCUSES.

Lara has already said he wants to stick around 154 and rack up a title defense record.

He will fight the Rabchenko/Harrison winner, while who ever runs his twitter account says Golovkin is ducking him.

..Then the same script for his next fight at 154 after that.
