I think the Mares fight is a great fight to cite.

Abner is better than Carl IMO, and Santa Cruz handled Mares clearly if not easily.

I think this is a rather elementary fight for Leo.

        Wide UD or late stoppage.

People are fooled because he has fought a load of static punchbags & guys who go to him.

Here is a blown up light flyweight giving him the works

Did nobody see this fight but me?

Counter from outside, work quick combos inside and get back on the backfoot or clinch up his opponent.

No, I remember watching it, I ain't sold on Santa Cruz but this Frampton fight could maybe make us all a believer.

I'm not really high on Frampton either but I don't see him losing to a guy like this then again I've been wrong on just about every fight in recent memory.
Slowly but surely turning into Dwyer

He has a good enough jab, educated footwork and the counterpunching ability to beat this guy soundly.

Its not even Framptons that good its this kids that bad.
I honestly don't see any real skill in him he's just big, long & throws a **** load.
No footwork, his balance is horrible, arm-puncher with no upper body movement at all. No shot placement, it is just all forced. Everything is pushed.

I think Frampton probably knocks him out. He really is too polished to be losing to this guy.
Quigg most likely blasts him as well.

I don't know, man. I thought Santa-Cruz did fine. He landed more and bigger punches throughout the fight, scored a knockdown. The guy was a former light flyweight and clearly smaller but Santa-Cruz didn't have any huge problems with him.
