question: why do ward fans make fun of 97k when he's never headlined a ppv himself?

We just wanted GGG to fight Ward and his fans gave every excuse why it shouldnt happen but wanted Floyd to fight GGG..Seems like GGG doesnt have to do anything great to be called great

Nothing you just posted is true...not even close

who is calling him great? he's a knockout machine who is fun and exciting to watch. but he is not great because no one wants to fight him, the onyl way to become great is to beat other greats, and if other greats run away like ward did how is he supposed to earn that title?

he ran from 168 to 172 then 175. u may be right about it only being 1 division, but he likes to play with weight like the rest of em.

yes, he did not want to entertain a fight with ggg. so instead he went to kovalev who he saw weakness in from the hopkins fight

Looking back on ward's career, I'm kinda shocked hbo didn't PPv the dawson fight..

Ward was coming off the super6 win, and dawson was coming off beating hopkins.

168 champ vs 175 champ,, both in their primes

That just shows no one has faith in andre Ward as a legit superstar...

A star, just not a superstar

don't forget ward drained him down like a dog and made sure he was a skeleton before he took on dawson.

Don't forget dawson called him out, and wanted it at 168 to take ward's belts
