Lucky for me I am poster #1 that has been rinsing on NSB for wanting Golovkin to face an elite Southpaw. Hence the context of Mr. switch it up Crawford you bunch of dorks. Crawford switched it up 12 rounds and Postol had no gameplan.
    I agree with this statement.

i also havent seen the GGG ouma fight, so i had a read about it. The ring magazine verdict and write up was slightly different to your version of it

'Golovkin was blatantly imposing himself on Ouma by the eighth round, as he backed the game veteran to the ropes and repeatedly snapped his back. Ouma's freakish toughness and incredible will kept him upright and in the fight but he was clearly outgunned. Referee Guillermo Perez Pineda took a close look at Ouma as Golovkin pounded him with compact straight rights, uppercuts and hooks to the body in the ninth round.

The fight was becoming sadistic target practice for Golovkin when Pineda finally saw enough and halted the bout in the 10th round.'

yeah sounds like GGG was really exposed in that fight

Golovkin is MUCH better at cutting off the ring.
          Golovkin has WAY more power.

Given those three, Crawford could not use the same technique to beat Lil G. He'd have to keep switching stance to throw G off and then catch him with something, likely to the body, without getting hit.

I'm not saying it would be a one-sided affair, but Postol is to G what Ortiz is to Duran. Not even in the same class.
Golovkin is Duran? Duran was a 4 division champ not a 1 division coward.

            Lara is levels above.
Styles do make fights but stylistically Lara is nothing like Crawford and Golovkin is possibly even less like Postol. That's not to say Lara wouldn't be an interesting opponent for Golovkin - it's a fight I'd like to see, but the comparison is meaningless.

Boxing is a business, and boxers including their (advocate and consulting) trainers know what they're to go against with accepting fights. Golovkin has horrid defense against Southpaws. Kassim Ouma, regardless of his losses, has a way better resume than MOnroe Jr. Golovkin has declined the Korobov and Lee bouts far too long, even after 2 years while Lee was a champion, never once did we hear Loeffler want or industry articles publicize them wanting the WBO (even after their "first" supposed fight was going to happen with Lee), not even out of gossip rumor were things mentioned in industry, so therefore, it's apparent that K2 and Sanchez have avoided those fights because of that Southpaw work. Man look at how fast Korobov is at 168. Check out the Vera bout. HOT DAMN! Korobov is a beast! I assure you Golovkin wants nothing of that.

Easy work for Lara? Just move around the ring, pot shot, move, tire out Lil'G. no problem.

Of course. It's easy to spot. You have to let other posters know that debates don't have to be about race. Just focus on the boxing skillset alone. However, them Russians doe and Meldoniumz and the Olympics..

Can he? What elite fighters has he proved that against.

I don't read articles. I watch boxing. Do you think boxing fans just go off words for pure acknowledgement?
