Beefy is a good fighter. I think he'll surprise a few people.

Wouldn't even put it past him to win if Canelo actually makes 154 which I also doubt he will.
Thats the million dollar question. It depends on if he is serious about fighting GGG next year, meaning he will have to get back to middleweight ASAP. If that's not likely then yes, he will fight one of the Charlos or Andrade.

I imagine he'd fight Beefy, then move up. He's not capable of making 154 IMO.

Probably look to fight the likes of lemiuex, BJS or Eubank before facing GGG.

With the Charlo brothers and Andrade there, he might sneak in. But I'm not even sure he beat Lara when they fought.

        Maybe top 4. I don't know. But it's close.
Same question for Charlo bros and Andrade to be fair.

Trout and Lara are good wins, close fights but good wins.

Lara was at 155 I believe.

Trout was a good win at the weight, but was it in 2012 or 2013? It's a while back now.

I agree with the charlo bros and Andrade, but at least they have been active at the weight (not Andrade).

To be fair, regardless, he'll still be champion after the fight.

Canelo probably doesn't even try to make 154.

Hard not to think about Canelo and not get a bit of a sour taste in the mouth as a fan. Not his fault and it hasn't always been that way for long - but a big old silver spoon has been jammed in that guy's mouth by Golden Boy.

Doubt he loses another fight. Or is involved in anything that is less than 70/30 in his favour in terms of risk of losing. The money 90/10. The writing seems like it is on the wall.

Mark this post, Callum Smith with the right fights will become the biggest name in this division.

He is by far the most talented out of the brothers and for me a genuine genuine world class talent.

He beats every supermiddleweight champion right now imo.

Callum has always been tipped to be the real genuine top fighter of the brothers since he arrived on the scene. It will be interesting to see how he goes. I think him and Liam are the best out of the brothers.

                  Do you think?

My thinking was the whole reason he went to 154 was to kind of "prove" he's not a Middleweight after ducking GGG, because 155 is still middleweight.

I don't think 154 or 155 for that matter is comfortable for him, but he's young enough to make it.

I'm not sure he'd dare miss 154 for this fight after his team have been shouting about him being a JMW in the wake of ducking GGG.

Degale would give him the most problems granted but he's not beating Callum in my opinion.

Callum is alot more rounded than the rest of his brothers imo, he's just soooo good.
