    Felix Diaz proved everyone wrong.

I was in the forums before his fight and everyone told me that Sammy was the future, no one give Felix chances of win, i don't know why, he is a really good fighter.

He's supposed to make Vasquez look good in that fight.

When cherry picking goes wrong. (you just don't pick an olympic champion as a cherry pick and step up opponent).

Yeah Diaz needs to get some props

He beat Vasquez down and arguably beat Lamont

I just hope he gets more opportunities to do his thing

I don't think they picked Diaz to look good. I mean if they scouted Diaz, he was never going to make Sammy look good. Vasquez lost collazo and probably wanted a challenge.

When first annouced as replacement i thought it was much better of a fight and felt Diaz would win.

              This wasnt a cherry pick.

That's what makes boxing intriguing sometimes, see the underdog win.

I wouldn't call it a cherry pick. The guy had one loss, which was controversial, to lamont peterson. he was a much better opponent than a shot collazo. I am not in the least surprised that he beat Vasquez.
