There seems to be some confusion here about Stubhub, the pace the tickets sold out and ticket resale.
The problem stems from the fact that there are many extremely well organized 'gangs' of ticket touts who use 'bots' to overwhelm the ticketing systems the instant tickets are available. The same group can have an unlimited number of such bots with their own credit card numbers. By this means almost all major sporting events, concerts etc have huge numbers of tickets on public sale scooped up by these gangs. The law governing this varies quite a bit between countries and (in the US) between states but it's hard to track these guys down and charge them.
IMHO it is EXTREMELY unlikely that Hearn is behind this. Blame the bots.
