So you start a thread saying GGG will make history as the 1st undisputed champ having only fought for only one belt.

The your answer to the reason for that is the **** rider fans, K2 and HBO?

Very reasonable answer. What was I thinking that the sanctioning bodies have something to do with that.

avoided fighters dont win world titles.....ask black murderers row, peter jackson, and the heavies of the early 1900s

if you're avoided you would get title shots or unification opportunities at all

Hagler had to wait til 50 fights to get near a title fight...thats avoided

Mike MCcallum was ducked too and often took fights in other people's back yard and actually fought some of the best from 154-175...won titles @ 154, 160 and 175.exactly what Sanchez said GGG was capable of, but of course, he hasnt attempted to prove it

You don't think it'd be amazing if he got 3 belts via forfeit? Is there a precedent for that?

And who's at fault for him getting those titles handed as you say?

No...thurman would be the undisputed champion, it would be the exact same conversation. Undisputed means he has all the belts, simple and plain.

No not really. Puts his terrible resume into context but that's about it. Hardly something to wave the Pom Poms for.

Especially when he's fighting Wade and Brook instead.

Well if it's unprecedented, why wouldn't you wave pom poms? It's a great shame for a champ to surrender his belt to a superior challenger, people still talk about Bowe and Lewis.

Anyway this idiotic thread is putting him down for being ducked so aggressively, surely that's more wrong headed

Monzon, Hopkins, Hagler and Martinez actually fought for their titles and PROVED IN THE RING they were the best middleweight.

                      most avoided middleweight my arse...

have you guys ever heard of Hagler took 50 fights before a shot, Mike McCallum didnt fight any of the fab for and was in line to at least fight duran and hearns there , they were ducked and avoided by great fighters too

cocoa kid, holman williams, jack chase, charley burley, lloyd marshall never got title shots...now thats ducked.

now that sam langford...thats the god father of being ducked...fought hall of famers from 135-heavy and never got a title shot

is this guy the only fighter you follow? There have been several fighters more avoided and at middleweight

K2 and HBO are making business decisions....this dude is not being ducked as much as you claim. so a ww is the only one brave enough to fight the "monster"....thats disrespect to all the guys at 154-168 yet wont move up himself...he small middleweight doe...canelo bigger doe

blah blah blah...just like I said after he beat wade, get ready for the next mismatch and you got it
Hey RP.. Hopkins, Martinez, Hagler? How many titlists did they fight in 36 fights again?

                      HAHAHAHAHA
