Correct me if I'm wrong, but Pacquiao is a foreigner and still outsells Triple G. The reason is not nationality, race and/or ethnicity; it is that one of them was willing to take risks while the other one appears risk adverse. In 2008, Pacquaio went from Lightweight to Welterweight in 9 months. On the other hand, Golovkin has been a Middleweight for a decade an is now fighting a Welterweight that is also willing to take the risk of greatness that Golovkin has not.
There's a reason why Pacquiao is coined the Mexican slayer. He fought hall of fames Mexican fighters multiple times. That's when he started getting big. GGG should fight Canela and then Gilberto Ramirez if he want to have the support of hispanics. Or he should start moving up and fight Andre/Kovalev.

Eddie was putting up alot less money for Brook/Vargas than Brook/Golovkin.

What's that got to do with Golovkins team trying to claim HE will sell out the O2?

What does that have to do with my original statement that Golovkin's presence makes it a bigger show? Golovkin/Eubank bumped Brook/Vargas off their original date and put them in limbo.

I'm not claiming that Golovkin could just fight Khurtsidze at O2 and sell out the show. Brook's the bigger piece to this puzzle, but Golovkin's participation in particular makes it significantly bigger than another champion such as Jessie Vargas.

The top PPV/ top non Heavyweight boxers of the past 20 yrs have 1 thing in common....they all took chances, moved up in weight and gained the fame and fortune they desired:

            Sugar Ray Leonard
            Roy Jones Jr
            Sugar Shane Mosely
            Oscar De La Hoya
            Manny Pacquiao
            Floyd Mayweather Jr
            Felix Trinadad
            Miguel Cotto
            Canelo Alvarez
            etc

            When will Triple G?

Yet Leonard vs Duran only made 155k PPV. And since when does PPV mean you're good? Typical Floyd generation boxing fan.

GGG gets millions of views on HBO and sells out coast to coast. Pretty sure he doesn't need PPV to convince people he's good. but "muh PPV" "muh weight" right? Also notice how not a single boxer you just listed is eastern European. I wonder why black and Mexican boxers have such a good time when America has such a large population of them :?

A sell out is a sell out, Brook-Vargas would have sold 20k. It's ridiculous for Loeffler to claim Golovkin will sell out the O2. It's clear Brook is the A-side and the draw here. It's like Lemieux claiming he sold 20k tickets at MSG.
