DIVS, Ekaterinburg - In his first fight on Russian soil since 2011, IBF/WBO/WBA light heavyweight champion Sergey Kovalev (30-0-1, 26KOs) won a twelve round unanimous decision over the ultra durable Isaac Chilemba (24-4-2, 10KOs).
He's even harder to hit than Chilemba and I've rarely seen him bothered by anyone's shots so I'm inclined to say "yes". But, everyone can get caught. Interesting thing is that some of the clean shots Chilemba landed would have hurt Kov had Ward landed them.
I hope Kovalev shows up better because the Kovalev of tonight would get handled by Ward.
BS cards... I got it dead even but the 2 pts 7th round... Kovalev's has flaws that Ward will take advantage of badly if he doesn't straight up his game...
