I was really hoping he was serious about retiring after the Bradley fight. He was already pretty punchy going into that one. A few more beatdowns and his wife will be feeding him through a straw.
The old Bill Parcels quote comes to mind here. If your already talking about retirement than you might as well quit.
He was never the most dedicated guy and now it will be even tougher to stay motivated and that could lead to some serious damage.

Why won't TR comment on whether Rios is contractually free or not? To me it feels as if they are deliberately withholding information

Mf'er needs to sign a damn Jenny Craig contract. Haymon cant change his eating habits. Rios humiliated himself against Timmy. Oh well though Rios fits the typical subpar Latino stepping stone Haymon loves so much. Lets see what former AA amateur standout Haymon puts Rios against, maybe Erol Spence or better yet maybe Rios will move to 154 & fight Hurd, the Charlos

haha if you got out of a Top Rank contract it means you are unusable. It'll be great if you keep fighting though so we can see you walking around brain dead for making fun of Roach.

I for one look forward to Ortiz fight announcements. I get to bet on what round he quits in. It's rather fun now.

I just wait anxiously for the announcement that Roberto Duran will start training him.
                Lol. Ok fair enough. Green't

I for one don't l ever want to see him again for any purpose.

Brandon was well looked after by TR, making millions against the likes of Manny, Bradley etc. He is limited but has a tonne of heart. I hope he is willing to take a step down in pay to fight lesser fighters. Good for him for coming back he is only 30.

Meh. Speaking of Ortiz, did anyone else see him on a recent episode of Ray Donovan?
