If you want Rios to last more then 1 fight you don't put him in with Khan, Porter ; Thurman , Peterson or Danny

I hope he's serious, I wouldn't call that list bums but they are what they are, Not elite but those are all winnable fights for Rios and could be entertaining.

You put him in with the top end guys at the division ( Porter,Thurman,Garcia ) or guys that have good speed or movement ( Peterson,Khan,Berto) your basically putting him in there to get sh.it kicked.
Exactly. If your a winnable fight for rios than thats not exactly a good thing. I wouldnt exactly say garcia or khan or even berto would kick the **** outta him. He'll get some good hits but not shut out or get his ass kicked. Just hope they pay him for whatever ring years he has left

Yeah for sure, I was just exaggerating but I feel Khan , Berto & Peterson could all stay on the outside and box Rios to a clear easy decision if they wanted.

That would be the worse way to use him right now. Rios could really benefit NBC/FOX under-cards, or even headline on Spike. Rios/Kamegai is an absolute barn-burner.

            You shouldn't.

I for one look forward to Ortiz fight announcements. I get to bet on what round he quits in. It's rather fun now.

I just wait anxiously for the announcement that Roberto Duran will start training him.

If Top Rank doesn't give him an offer, which I doubt they do, then it's PBC for Rios. He'll have no trouble getting fights. He fits right in with PBC. Although if he wants to win, he can't stay at 147. I don't think he beats too many of the 147 pounders. Has a bad track record already. Needs to go down to 140.

He's been making an average of $900K per fight with Arum. Let's see how much he'll get fighting Haymon fighters.

Nowhere near 900k. But it shouldn't matter. Work is work. And I don't think TR wants him. So he doesn't have any other option really.

Haymon and PBC is the best route for him. He'll easily get some good fights there with the likes of Robert Guerrero, Berto etc..
