Doesn't matter to me, Canelo asked him to drop weight to make the fight, GGG refused. Now he has to wait until Canelo decides to fight him.

Also, it doesn't matter if GGG is ready right now, he doesn't dictate the A-side demands.

That is one of the biggest problems with this sport, this whole a-side/b-side shhh. Yeah you are a star and if you don't want to fight a man that's fine, you have that entitlement in a combat sport. What you don't do is take a moment to invite the rival everyone wants to see you face into a ring, talk all that bullshhh and then refuse to back it up. He should've vacated the belt right after beating Cotto. Where did I say Golovkin had taken risks? Now lets get back on topic. Trout and Lara combined have managed to beat ONE elite boxer, one. Cotto. Let's not pretend like either man is a god no matter what people on here want to paint them as.Floyd is the only valid name on your list in a whopping nearly 50 fights and more importantly under a promoter who unlike K2 can actually pull rank and make fights.

He went to 154 because he doesn't want to fight @ 160. Golovkin never went to 168 because he's comfortable @ 160. Fighters make choices! Now Canelo is fighting a SWW champion, and GGG is fighting a WW champion!
