Hey man...I'm a fan of floyd, and was throughout his career...but let's not act like he was interested in getting in the ring with ggg. It's excusable, being that he was at the end of his career...but at this point, brook is a ww willing to fight a mw that other mws are avoiding. It has to be respected.

You mean Canelo become the fakest lineal champ ever? Brook could go places after Ggg beats him, though of course Gggs opponents get beat down hard so it's harder to bounce back

When I left this board a few hours ago you had a thread going trashing GGG for fighting Brook. Now you have started a new thread saying the same thing. How many GGG trashing threads are you going to start between now and the day of the fight? Three or four a day? I usually agree with you but not on this subject. I think you are an unfair GGG hater with an agenda. I am a proud GGG fan and I support him 100%. He is a great champion. He has never let me down or done anything to make me ashamed of him. I will say Hagler and Monzon because they are two great middleweights who are unanimously considered great and they stayed at 160 their entire career. Now you are making excuses for Hagler not moving up by saying 168 wasn't around then and he would have had to move up to light heavyweight. So what? Brook is moving up to middleweight from welterweight which is just as big a jump as middleweight to light heavyweight. If Brook can do that why couldn't Hagler and Monzon do that? What about Pryor? Was he not a great fighter? He fought at 140 his whole career and never fought at 147. Was Pryor a b*tchass? You need to get your facts straight. GGG never once called Brook out. Brook offered to fight GGG when Eubank punked out of the fight. Did you really expect GGG to turn down what is almost certainly the biggest payday of his career? That's unreasonable. You know GGG makes his living as a fighter. To turn down the Brook fight would be just plain ******. I know you want GGG to fight a bigger man who might beat him. GGG makes decisions that are best for him, not best for you. Barring an injury in training this fight will happen. GGG will score another impressive KO and he will be more popular than ever. The fight will be a financial success. If you hate the fight so much just don't watch it.

There was 175. Besides that, I don't think Hagle would have ever moved to 168 if it had been there. Some guys want to be the best of one single division, like Kostya Tszyu at 140. There's nothing wrong with that, although I know any people say everyone should jump around. I'm not knocking Hagler for it. They came to him. Of course, he was going to fight them. Brook came to Golovkin and of course, he's going to fight him. He tried for all the 160 fights. They ran away. I can't blame Golovkin for their cowardice.

So in your opinion Robinson, Hagler, Mayweather and Hopkins weren't real champs?

Not even Floyd would fight this guy lol Floyd entire legacy has been ruined

Why are you being so stubborn , just say Floyd was wrong in doing the Marquez fight and he shouldnt have cheated him on the scales , it was a big money fight and he took it as he needed a big easy fight coming back , just SAY IT , it wont hurt you.....Floyd is a great fighter and fought alot of the best , he is an ATG fighter , BUT the marquez fight was not right nor the cheat on the scales......
