This Brook fight I cannot find an excuse for. There was no need for it and it stinks. This decision makes me roll my eyes.

The fact that Brook/ GGG got done in 2 days, with the same $$ that was offered to Eubank says it all. Brook stepped up. As for SMWs, most are aligned with Haymon/ PBC and Zurdo just injured his hand recently so he's out. If all the other MWs had any courage, GGG would b fighting a MW right now.

clown-boy, sorry to interrupt your train-of-thought regarding Brook.....
But, none of us are wondering about Brook..... we were all wondering how on earth Golovkin could select Brook after hearing all of the negative comments regarding his poor opponent selection?
Don't forget to take some time out of your busy day to give that some thought as well willya.

Hearn made a genius move here..
He gets the payday of landing Golovkin in a major fight in the UK
He also raises the profile of his guy Brook, who has nothing to lose by fighting ggg
He also has built a future Eubanks-ggg fight into a bigger fight than what it would be this fall

GGG-Brook is not on that level money wise. Again why pull up a WW. In order for Brook to win this fight he's going to have to fight the fight a fighter dreams of. I just feel K2 is doing more harm to GGG's career long term than they're helping it because this fight is a flat out mismatch. I'm sure one of the Charlo twins or Lara would have taken this fight. I'm sure Andre or Anthony Direll would have taken this fight. There are hella fighters closer in weight to GGG that would have taken this for less money than what Brook is getting that are more popular in the US than Brook .
