at 154 they are a tad too big and strong for him

this is brooks retirement fight, he took this fight because he didnt want to fight spence

The fighters at 154 are too big. GGG is too big.
GGG in London is a sellout. Brook vs Charlo or Lara and the British casual is asking "who?" - no money in it.

Brook can come down to 154 afterwards and fight Smith - that works financially if neither get disgraced.

Lol i dont think Brook was scared of you, there are 7 or 8 welters better than Vargas! I guess you miss out on a juicy payday whereas Brook gets a very nice sum.

and what does him fighting the best at 160 have to do with anything?

He's going to get battered at 160 and 154, regardless...he's not going to be able to hang with the big boys

Vargas-Brook was intriguing. Personally, i gotta agree with Vargas here. Brook makes a jump, gets whooped by GGG doesn't lose credibility and makes some cash meanwhile getting whooped by Vargas is him being exposed.
EXACTLY! These Brits got a big chip on their shoulder right now. Brook BARELY beats a guy that went tooth & nail with Julio Diaz & all of a sudden hes the best ww. It obvious brook wanted to lose to ggg rather then risk a ass whoopin by Vargas.

                He wanted to move up

Fighting Triple G is a cash out, when he loses he will say "i was too small, i am going down to 154"

There is nothing to lose for Brook, he rather lose his 0 to Triple G than some low level fighter like Vargas or a high risk dangerous fighter like Spence
Same move Khan pulled when avoiding Brook.

All this **** about "balls", oh give me a break

This is a calculated move to avoid the threats at 147 division, get paid at the same time

He's not coming back down to 147 after this. At least Spence will get his title and then take on Thurman
I agree. Just like Khan's move was calculated too. Brook knows he has nothing to lose in fighting GGG. He'll get paid well for losing to GGG as opposed to getting paid **** to possibly lose to Vargas. Or to have to face Spence next. He probably won't even be able to make 147 after this fight. Does he lose his IBF belt by taking this fight?

His last fight was a mandatory so he can fight whoever he wants at whatever weight he chooses until the next mandatory comes around.
