According to Hearn they missed the deadline for accepting his terms for the fight (same terms hat Froch, Joshua, Brook etc all have with Hearn), and after that he stopped negotiating a Eubank Vs GGG fight, which is a perfectly reasonable thing for Hearn to do.

Based on the video, according to Hearn, Chris Eubank Sr. wanted to dictate:

1) Who was going to commentate.
2) What the ticket prices were going to be (Sr. wanted to raise prices).
3) Who's on the undercard and what they're going to be paid.

Apparently, Hearn isn't allowed to speak to Eubank Jr. at all.
