Oh, well I wonder why Mr.Kovalev is fighting that type of opponent now I really do wonder...
Would it have anything to do with the fact that Andre Ward wanted 4 to 5 tune-up fights before he got in the ring with Kovalev, would it?

You Ward fans are some of the worst boxing fans about, really!

Is this really a serious question? IMHO Broner is a punk with some talent and a whole lot of wasted potential. Really gives boxing a bad name. GGG on the other hand is the real deal who walks the walk and is a professional. Broner shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as the Terminator.

I don't see Broner getting hate threads everyday. So this is inaccurate.

Broner moved up not because fans wanted him to. He can't make the weight anymore and it's not like he fought the #2 P4P. He fought Malignaggi.

And....tada.... nobody ducks Broner. He's one of those fighters who have no problem making their resume shine.

So this is another apples and orange comparison.

You gave a weak-ass, contradictory excuse, then said Ward fans are horrible. Did you intentionally dumb yourself down so that you could be part of the Golovkin fan club because I swear you didn't used to be this bad.

I don't even get why GG is hated. HBO offered the fight to Ward and GG. Ward turned it down. What else is there to say?

Fast forward there is Jacobs, who I thought will be a competitive fight. Jacobs ain't ready doe. He wants it after 1.5 years and he's fighting Mora.

And they still hate GG and give props to Jacobs. The world turned upside down.

Well, as you point out, Broner is "5-2" where as Golovkin is "3-0." Winning without losses is obviously better than winning with losses. Maidana made him look pretty bad not just with his own offense but with Broner's need to bear hug him to survive. I've never seen a fighter clinch another fighter that fiercely. And then Porter beats him and well, I like Porter and I think he's definitely one of the best welterweights, but it's still a loss. Golovkin also got a much later start in his career than Broner did. He also didn't get a promotional push quite as early as Broner did. And I'm not sure that Broner doesn't get a lot of praise. I've seen him praised on here plenty of times and of course, Golovkin gets bashed right and left but also praised as well. It's all up to who you ask, but I mean, considering where they are at in the careers, I think you have to put Golovkin ahead at this point, but this is a game that can change from one punch. So it probably won't stay that way.

Oh, so it's an excuse now is it?
Nothing to do with the fact Beterbiev didn't want to fight Kovalev yet, nothing to do with the fact that the Adonis Stevenson fight is extremely difficult to make thanks to promotion and whatever else.
The fact remains ***** Ward could be fighting Kovalev in his next fight, hell IF he had any balls he would have fought him by now already but instead of that Ward has fought nothing but bum fights his entire comeback.

Say it once and I'll say it again, Ward fans on here are some of the very worst fans about they have no rational thought process.

He fought back well, but he did get beat from pillar to post.

People criticize Broner for being a clown, not because he hasn't fought some good opponents.

It's too bad Golovkin wasn't given the same opportunities as Broner, although a lot of that simply has to do with being a middleweight which isn't nearly as stacked as 140/147 and not having the same powerful manager. But on the other hand, most big names want to fight Broner because they think they can beat him while making good money whereas a lot of big names don't have the same confidence when it comes to GGG (Sturm, Martinez, Canelo, etc).
