GGG vs Eubank or GGG vs Lara

I'm not too excited about this Eubank fight. As impressive as he looks, he still a prospect. At least Lara a proven world caliber fighter, with Eubank he's still fighting at the domestic level. Both wins aren't that great but beating lara would get him more respect and shut up some of his haters.

Money is the thing here I guess. He'll probably make double what he'll make fighting Eubank instead of Lara. I just don't see what a win over Eubank does for him right now.

I'd rather see him fight Lara and I don't think anyone is too excited about the Eubank fight. But if the Jacobs fight can't be made next, I'd say make the Lara fight happen.

      lara.

at least lara is a notable fighter. it would have given GGG a common opponent with Canelo, a fighter who has been in with other notable fighters.

instead GGG chooses another dwayne wade jr.

A win over Eubanks does absolutely nothing for Lil G except prove his hypocrisy.. The dude is a 35 yr old champ an instead of fighting another champion he chooses to fight his 3rd prospect in 4 fights. Dudes a joke but his Golovtards will always find a way to justify his mismatches

I want Lara. But 3G needs to fire that trainer of his who acts like he's 3G's father.

I don't even want to see the Jacobs fight anymore. That dude doesn't even believe he can win. What's the point in going into a fight without the confidence you can defeat the man your fighting. At least Eubank is trying to hype himself that he can beat GGG, Jacobs seem like he have no confidence at all.

Eubank Jr is a lot better and more dangerous than Lara. He's younger, quicker, bigger and hits harder.

You might be right. I think Jacobs knows he'd get knocked out which is why he's refusing to fight for 1.5 million.

Here is my reasoning on why it should definitely be Eubank Jr.

Whilst I will give Lara props for being a superb amateur boxer with a lot of skills to his game more so than Eubank Jr but the problem with all of that is he isn't that big of a fighter and he would have to go up to 160 for the very first time to fight a guy who has been putting people to sleep that have NEVER ever been KOed before take that into consideration with the fact Lara has tasted the canvas several times against by far lesser type of opponents than GGG now for the final part which some may disagree with but the fact he is a fighter who likes to fight primarily on the backfoot I see that as a huge disadvantage Lara isn't as well rounded as GGG and for that I think he would be punished and stopped quicker than Eubank Jr (assuming Eubank Jr doesn't win or see's 12)

Reasons for Eubank Jr is he undoubtedly has a chin just like several of past opponents that GGG has fought, he is a big 160lber and his work-rate is nothing short of amazing now for the downside in the exact same mould as Lara I think Eubank is only good at coming forward but GGG isn't as good when he isn't pressing the distance on someone that is my thinking of it and I just genuinely believe Eubank Jr would give the better test of the two.
