Ok, so how many East Coast Brooklynites or the tri-state area would root for their own? NYC is a 8.5 million populus? How much of that percentage in the tri-state area alone, would be close to Lemieux's 97K PPV? That's just the tri-state area, not the USA as a whole.

There's been many fans at NSB rooting for a Jacobs vs Golovkin fight for the longest simply for the styles and reputation, and particularly because they want Jacob's name on GGG's resume. Those wantings exceeded any talk about Saunders or Eubank Jr. The whole year and a half GGG fans wanted the Alvarez fight.

Therefore, any top 3 middleweight fighting Golovkin would easily resolve tension for Lil'Gs next opponent, assuming real hardcore GGG fans acknowledged the criticism for fighting a Monroe Jr. or a Wade or even Lemieux.

This is why the cowardice of truth, that GGG fans and regular boxing fans, industry, had there been real negotiations with a proper venue and promotion, the fight would've been made and everybody, particularly on American soil would be happy.

Therefore, the only benefit from this is Hearn's organization showing how it can be done when you place the bets. Even people here are being skeptic on the purse, yet at the same time justifying why the fight is right.

Now add in the most cost effective cards that would entice the tickets. There's the venue solution.

Now, let's do a search of Golovkin worldwide and which countries have the most hits.

If Jacobs had been offered 3-4 million with the venue being the Garden or Barclay's and PPV would he have taken it? Most of those interviews on Jacobs are all out of context because no money in the range of Eubank Jr. had even been discussed and industry writing mock reports about Saunders 3-4 million request, regardless of him having the WBO to unify all the belts! lol

Why did majority of the crowd boo against Eubank Jr. when he fought Saunders? Is Saunders a bigger name than Eubank Jr.?

I'm beginning to suspect that your brain doesnt function properly. 3-4 million for Jacobs hasnt been discussed, because that revenue doesnt exist. The only reason it exists for Eubank is because of UK PPV, which would NOT be applicable to a Jacobs fight. Odds are that K2 guaranteed something like $1.5 million and gave Hearn the UK PPV......

You're making this WAY to hard on yourself.......

Big difference between PPV and Free Tv. You realize a lot of people watch free streams or buy a high quality stream for a few bucks?

Second, HBO at the very least thought GGG would be popular enough to have a decent PPV. Who the hell would put Jacobs in a PPV main event if he was the a side?

There you go...the riddle is coming out. As many said before, are there any political complications that GGG is on HBO and Jacobs PBC? What percentage of that complication is the reason why negotiations wouldn't start in the first place? Let's start with the network(s) risking a loss for their investments, meaning the HBO network vs the PBC brand.

People are not betting on Jacobs vs GGG when the reality is no one knows the pull rating and PPV buy until the fight is done. To say there's no 3-4 million is all on the whim that Jacobs vs Lil'G won't pull numbers. Sad from the American boxing POV, Hearn doing it proper.

Ok moron, here's an example that you should be able to digest:

Wilder gets 500k viewers on Showtime
Joshua fighting his first decent opponent sells 400k on UK ppv.

Can you work out the rest? Need more help?

                  Lemieux is a Canadian....

Jacobs is an American. How many American PPV views really have interest for Lemieux?

Again, put Golovkin and Jacobs in the mix and the noise starts to populate automatically and industry as well as casual fans start to buy the hype. Or do you assume the Lil'G vs Lemieux bout would have the same affect with Lil'G vs Jacobs? GTFOH!

I say Lil'G vs Jacobs brings in at least 250K PPV views on American soil.

Doubtful if Jacobs can barely get more to tune into Showtime vs other top US Mw

Your threads are dumb and your hate for Golovkin is weird.
