Well the Thurman vs Garcia fight happening next year goes out of the window if Garcia fights a top 5 guy.. Surely he won't fight top guys back 2 back.. & considering that these guys fight just 2 times a year is even more a downer..

No it doesn't. Garcia can fight a top guy in August/September then Berto. Maybe put Garcia/Berto and Thurman/this dude on the same card and have them fight in the spring.

I like the way you think, but tbh you are being over optimistic.. Garcia fights say top guy in September.. then again Berto say Feb year then Thurman in Summer!? Berto is a step up in class for him at 147 so it goes back to what I said in my prev post that these guys don't usually have big fights back 2 back..
If anything by Q4 next year looks hopeful.. Darn! Why do these guys fight only twice a year..
