I hate the Avanesyan fight. But if he has to face him to keep the belt then so be it, let's quickly get that out of the way and move on to bigger and better things.

Shoot if i was advising Thurman. Id advise him to straight up ultimately dedicate his next year and a half to making the biggest and best fights possible. He does that and the boxing world is his and money would be flowing like the Amazon River. He just got a great win vs Porter, now follow that up with Garcia in late October-November, then do the Brook-Vargas winner in the spring, and then in september 2017 with a Porter rematch. He does that and comes out on top, can you imagine the position he would be in?

that would take Thurman ten years to do. look how long it took for the porter fight. porter is the easiest good WW to beat and Garcia is the easiest WW "champ" to beat
