This is the 'biggest' fight that can be made at 147, if they put this **** on free TV, I can definitely see it doing 4-5m views, especially if the build up is good and Angel talks **** to Thurman

They need to take advantage of the current buzz around Thurman, let Danny KO Berto in August, then fight Thurman in December. You can't go wrong with this fight, just like the Porter fight, I think this one would be competitive and explosive, neither guys's value would fall. I would pick Thurman by clear but competitive decision, like 8-4.

This would be a great fight. Neither is great at any one thing, but both put the pieces (ring IQ, counterpunching, etc.) together well. Garcia's looked more vulnerable, but he's proved me wrong several times, too.

My only concern would be, make this fight next.. Not next year, not 2 yrs from now.. PBC fighters need to fight more often.. fighting once & max. twice a year is killing the division tbh.. These are all young boxers but fight way too less in their prime years..
Danny fought in Jan, no opponent named yet rumors are Berto/Broner is next.. Porter fought in June, then waited all the way till March for Thurman..

They absolutely need to make this fight as soon as possible. Not after both guys have been out of the ring for a year, not 2 years from now, get them together as soon as you can. The time is now, Capitalize on the momentum with the fans who saw Thurman/Porter and are excited to see Thurman's next fight.

2015 was actually the first year where Spence did anything to warrant a discussion between him and the titlists. Ironically, Spence is fighting Thurman's "left-over" next. All Spence has to do is keep running through his current level of opposition, and he'll soon be in a title match. I wonder if Haymon doesn't allow Thurman/Garcia to face Brook just so Spence can get a shot at the IBF. It will be funny to watch Brook try and squirm his way out.

I have no idea why Thurman keeps calling out Danny when he knows dam well he wont fight Danny anytime soon Thurman is going to fight his mandatory then porter in a rematch. Danny beats Thurman he had trouble with a 1 dimensional easy to hit porter I can see Danny destroying his body then going for the kill
