You fight some garbage on your way, everyone does but this fight with Dominic wasn't as bad as some make out gotta stand up for AJ here If it was Cornish level type of an opponent I'd say so but it wasn't.
AJ was just too good for him, I bet you Dominic would beat the likes of Chisora.

Chisoras done. Pulev sealed the deal after Fury battered him..

Chisora of a few years back decapitates this Brazeale dude. The guy was dropped & outboxed by a 43 yr old Mansour ffs! He is as dire as Martin if not more so.. Useless fat stiffs that no one should be putting any stock in!

Literally nothing to suggest he beats a healthy Chisora. Chisora has proved he can at least compete at the top level.. Vitali & Fury 1. Competitive fights.

I know, I alluded to this fight in a previous post when someone was trying to make breazeale seem like a good opponent. The only thing going for him was that he somehow managed to get into the Olympics 4 years ago.

I still contend that Glazkov should've been given the title retroactively for even trying to stand and throw a punch with a knee injury that awful. That alone made him more worthy of carrying around that meaningless strap.

I think the fight should've been a no contest and a rematch booked.

I think you're overreacting. Breazeale was not as bad of an opponent as you claim, and he actually has a similar level of experience that Joshua has.

You're holding AJ to a very high standard. He's still a bona-fide contender who beat another crappy contender (Martin) who was gifted a belt due to boxing politics.

Breazeale was just terrible. The guy threw 2 punches a round and they were so slow, I think OAPs would have dodged them.

Plus, I'm judging AJ by the same standards I would judge any title holder. I'm always consistent with that.

But like I said, this is more a thread about the pathetic title challengers we see these days. How does a so called athlete go into a training camp for a world title fight and come out the other side looking like a soggy sandwich?
