I mean c'mon he did say anyone from 154-168 lbs why is Lara excluded from that?

Bumlovkin used to fight in the " anyone from 154-168 " division.

Then Ward made his comeback, and Canelo beat Cotto.

So now Bumlovkin fights in the "anyone from 159-161, except Lara" division LMAO

I'm going to assume that GGG & his team keep repeating that because they believe it & are willing to negotiate with anybody to make it happen. So, you tell me...who should GGG fight? If you can't produce a name, return to the darkness of your bridge...

Like I said u r a smart guy. GGG wants to fight the guy who beat Lara, and again u just look for excuses why Canelo should not fight GGG. Deep down inside u know Canelo is getting drop if he fights GGG.

"However, negotiations haven’t been going smoothly thus far, with Golovkin’s team requesting a 164 lb. catch-weight.

From what it looks like, Golovkin and his team are preventing this fight from happening. Golovkin offered to fight the now retired Carl Froch at the super-middleweight limit of 168 lbs., as well as former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., but wants a catch-weight for Andre Ward?

“Ward wants to fight Golovkin, and he wants to fight next, but it won’t happen at 164-pounds. By accepting 168 with Carl Froch and Chavez Jr., but then demanding 164 with Ward – it’s their way of saying, ‘we don’t want to fight Andre Ward,” the source revealed to Boxing Scene
            ".

As I said earlier, you casual fans are totally clueless.

It is hilarious that you neeeeed to believe that Hypekin did not really duck Andre Ward
You refuse to read between the lines again, huh troll. When GGG's team says they wanted the 164 CW against Ward, that was a compliment to ward without having to actually compliment him...Ward is dangerous enough that they want something that's more fair. Like I've told you before, sometimes a CW is necessary...especially when it's being used for the same exact reason it was invented: so that 2 champions from different weight classes can meet in the middle.

What you're quoting is the opinion of the mouthpiece of a company that failed to secure the GGG fight. How is a boxing fan supposed to take that?...especially in the same breath they acknowledge that they made the counter-offer AFTER GGG secured the Lemieux fight. After...do you understand? GGG already had a fight lined up...so, according to RocNation's weird logic, now was the time to send that counter-offer (shouldn't that counter-offer come before he secured the Lemieux fight?). Your logic doesn't make any sense. How often do you believe what Ellerbe says? Exactly. Mouthpiece for the company. That's what Yomark is to RocNation. Return to your bridge...

You talking about the same Canelo who would rather vacate than defend his 160 belt? Not very smart, troll...

The only thing I know "deep down" is that Lil G has never taken a risk throughout his career. He was willing to fight a bum in Chavez Jr. @ 168 and Froch @ 172 but Ward would need to come down to 164 for him to fight him, what a bunch of BS. All his little fanboys get upset when Canelo ask for a catchweight of 155 but refuse to acknowledge how their hero pulled the same stunt on Ward. Anyhow, you admited Lil G only fights bums so there's nothing else for me to discuss with you. At the end of the day Canelo will be headlining PPV's while Lil G will be fighting his Next opponent Jorge Heiland on regular HBO.

You know, you can't use Canelo because every boxing fan knows what Canelo did when the pressure was on to fight GGG. We all know! I agree that GGG should fight Canelo. But is it GGG's fault that Canelo vacated?...is it GGG's fault that Canelo didn't ask for an extension on the WBC deadline?...is it GGG's fault that Canelo said "Mexicans don't f#ck around," then proceeded to f#ck around with the fans by vacating & then allowing a court case to proceed?...during a time when they should be negotiating with K2 for the GGG fight? Is it GGG's fault that he was promised the winner of Cotto/Canelo, & then promised Canelo after Khan, & then DLH goes on some BS that the fight should marinate? How is any of that GGG's fault? All I see in GGG is a guy who wants to prove he's the best 160 fighter...& Canelo doesn't especially want any right now. If he doesn't fight GGG next, that's a duck. That's the fighter you brought up. The same guy who, if he doesn't fight GGG next, will be skewered on social media. You talking about that guy? You do realize that if Canelo announces his next fight against not-GGG, he will be considered a duck? Is that the boxer you wanna back?...the ducking kind?

You got any more names? Hehe. Go back to your bridge, troll...

Are you talking about the same Lara who didn't even advise his manager to make the GGG fight? What? You think just continually calling a fighter out but not telling your manager to make that fight is just going to result in Lara getting the fight? You're delusional, troll...
