You notice guys who all used to support pac, klitschkos etc now support GGG, Kovalev, fury and lomachenko

Why they can't just accept true superiority of sickness in the sport I'll never know but if they want to support thoseunskilled cavemen that's fine I guess.

But I'm on its got worse since GGG.

    Wilder
    Spence
    Ward
    Crawford

    That's the future right there

Boxing has been racist since the day it started.

Yes, racial bias is not as bad as it was back then but it is still very much alive in boxing and always has been.

GGG has given some of the many closet racists a mascot to get behind. He's undefeated, hits hard, and for the most part looks Caucasian. He's like their new white hope. However, if GGG were to lose to a black guy these racists would jump off his bandwagon faster than the survivors of the sinking Titanic. Seeing a strong white guy get embarrassed by a black guy destroys their preconceived notions of racial supremacy. Just like Jeffries when he lost to Johnson or when Schmeling lost to Joe Louis these guys will turn on Golokin once he loses.
Sounds like a paranoid delusion. Just the term great white hope is racist...it assumes white people only support white fighters. All the white boxing fans i know couldn't care less about race, just who's entertaining. It seems to be a certain segment of black people with some type of inferiority complex that keep that bs going. It really occupies the minds of certain posters here, that's for sure.

You are absolutely right! Jack Johnson never had to experience the kind of blatant racism rampant in boxing today.

You must be a very ignorant person. It was the white boxing writers who coined that term.

I'm well aware of that...and also of who likes to perpetuate it and under what context...your own post as an example.

That's all true boxing fans care about. I just like exciting fighters. Walters, spence, Crawford, golovkin, Kovalev, wilder, roman, etc. Your post is spot on though. Too many boxing "fans" are really just race obsessed broke losers.

So the white writers were "racist" to white boxers because they labeled them "great white hopes?" Your argument makes no sense.
