Larry Merchant knew plenty about the sport, he's just old as hell.

I don't like Lampley very much, but the Lampley/Merchant chemistry was magic.

Most of you only started watching after Lampley turned into some weird crying wreck and Merchant was too old to finish sentences. Both were way better than Kellerman.
