As far as I can tell in all my years off knowing or speaking previously with Larry......I can genuinely say that he is craaaaaaaazy like fruit loops at times but I suppose he has some insight here and there into boxing depending on which fighter he talks about.

you might not be old enought o remember larry merchant before he lost his mind, but the guy was compelling, funny, and a historian.

salty guy, but you'll find a lot of the older men in boxing are salty and set in their ways. that still doesn't mean you can't lern from their perspective, or in larry's case, be compelled by his abiliiyt to tell a story
