Ummmm he just fought the Lineal World Champion 2 weights above. Anyways, Brook was ranked #1 at WW even above Pacquiao, so much for "wankings". It's about resumes, you hide behind these superficial Top 10s because it gives you something to substitute for Brook's "abysmal" resume.
