Not bad. GBP will just take that off the top of the revenue from Canelo's next fight and call it a day.

IMO and this may go against what everyone is saying as I haven't read all the responses yet but to me this was All-Stars way of extorting money from Canelo and Golden Boy.

I mean what were they suing for, 100+ million plus canelo back under there roster so he can satisfy his so called contract.

They didn't get the 100+million they wanted and they didn't get canelo back on the roster but instead they only got 8.5 million and they are crowing about a victory. To me this crowing shows they were just trying to get any money they can get and were looking to extort the situation.

You got your 8.5 million, now walk away and shut your mouth because any victory dance you do now after not getting anything close to what you were asking for looks like extortion to me.

Exactly not bad. It's peanuts when one think of the money GBP/Canelo will make from a potential Golovkin clash, which will happen eventually. It's one of the reasons why Hoya is reluctant to make the Golovkin fight.

It's more like getting rid of this thorn first before making any more Canelo fights. It's a thorn that salivates whenever Canelo is fighting.

And you support Canelo not fighting GGG? That pretty much exposes you as a fanboy...go put Canelo posters on your walls so you can look at him all day.

If you're going to sue somebody, do you ask for the minimum amount you can get or the maximum amount? Well?...
