        See this is the stuff that gots me negative about contracts and why I feel they should be shot down more/less binding.

        For a contract to be legal, for both sides, I feel like the contract offering party needs to make every effort to be 100% clear and precise in what is going to happen at every reasonable turn that could be made. And the problem I see and have heard of about contracts is that they lack clarity and are written in double talk or with an intent of confusing the signing party.

        And often the people being the signee is of poor ability at understanding a contract or doesn't even read the full contract. At that level it's not even about making a deal with someone it's about just getting someone to write there name on a paper with words on it. To me that should be a problem of both parties to the point of voiding a contract more often cuz the less intelligent, already poor and elderly are the biggest victims of that game.
