So sad...and so true. Hopefully Provod has 1 more in him before walking away. I won't lie...he's not the best boxer out there, but he sure is entertaining.

first of all, go back to roach. second, stop taking fights where your gonna get into a war. take some easier fights, get that fire back first then you can start chasing the big boys again. ruslan has been a stepping stone where promoter can just throw him in with anyone just to get a fight and ruslan always takes it. dude has been taking too many punishment. let me make some money! throw him in with a big name and let him make that money before he retires.

The guy in his corner WAS ATROCIOUS, Roach was his best bet.

The guy needs to either learn defense or retire. I admire his courage and he always comes to fight, but he's like Yori Boy Campas. Both guys were fun and hit like bulldozers and had chins made of iron, but they both also eat punches like it's part of the game. I hate watching two runners dance all night but I also hate watching a guy run his head into his opponent's fists all night, over and over. It's like being in a car wreck every time he fights. Jake LaMotta had one of the best chins of all time if not the best, but he also didn't get hit all the time. He was deceptively hard to hit. So, by all means, learn defense!

Joel is such trash. Ruslan, BOXING in the 11th was schooling Molina.

Rios can't box off the back foot put he has a strong jab when he can use it. His instincts will make him abandon whatever attempt at boxing he's doing and go to war. I for one, one to see a final savage war

Ruslan legit looked like Pernell Whittaker. Boxing masterclass that round.

As mentioned before, he does need to be hitting harder than that to make them shots count more with a style like that, Still would watch Prod again though, but maybe not block punches with his head as often.

Ruslan,Rios,Matthysse, maidana...We are losing all our best warriors. Its hard for these types fighters to fight with "No fire" because their styles rely on passion, a hunger. Rios vs Ruslan and then they can both ride out in the sunset

Ruslan just needs time off. His career & fighting style can be summed up with one word, "anxious." if he were smart hed take a year-year n a half off & make a comeback at 147. If he had good management theyd have him fight outside the U.S. where judging favors the agressor, Mexico would be a cool place to see him fight, i could see him upsetting some young Mexican prospects and/or putting on fight of the year type performances agaisnt saavy Mexican vets. I dont think the dudes shot, just limited but his punch & chin will always make him viable. Hell look at Salido, dude has 13 losses & still headlines.

Ruslan wasn't himself that fight I think he gets frustrated when his opponents don't want to war with him and instead decide to box. Ruslan is always open about what he is going to do from the get go in the fight. Come for ward and trade. Molina was making it sound like they were going to have a war and that it would be a foty. Yet he fought going backwards, smothering inside and jabbing the whole fight. It's still ruslan fault that he doesn't adapt and start setting up punches, letting his hands go a little earlier and cutting off the ring. He almost seem to pout a little and tune out. I think that's what's killing his drive. He points to it in the interview when he says only certain types of opponent will excite him to fight anymore. He was expecting molina to fight in an exciting way, a bit naive, but then isn't himself when his opponent doesn't fight his way. The whole fight was reminiscent of the matthyse fight. He still has it, its just no one one wants to give it to him to bring it out.
