Provod needs to learn how to box to change his fight style a bit.the only trick to beat him is to box by using movement with jabs. His height usually goes against him when he fights tall guys who come to box like Chris Algerie and Molina..he does well with boxers who come for war like Mike Alvarado & Bradley..Provod needs a good trainer to learn how to overcome jabs and to cut the ring when he fights mobile boxers.

Provo is an average short fighter who does little but get hit

Give us a break as Provo is a very limited short fighter with few boxing skills and 4inch jab. The fire hydrant built Provo comes in like a burro slow Pinata begging to be hit hard with the chance of landing that 4 inch punch. Provo couldn't beat the weak Chrissie the sissie Algieri and Provo is not a contender but a sack of potatoes that cannot move. John Molina is just a bit above average himself so losing to the Molina is a career ender. Good Bye Provie got back to the frozen Tundra and drive a snow sled in Siberia. Provo is as boring as it gets and is a Spike TV pug.
