I just made this post in the other Lara thread, didn't see this thread:

Lara is so overrated on here, it's not even funny. Lara is a GOOD boxer, he is certainly not elite.

An elite boxer would outbox Canelo, and an elite boxer would certainly have the skills to avoid the slow, looping, plodding, wild, savage punches of Alfredo Angulo. An elite boxer would also certainly dispatch Vanes Martirosyan with ease, twice.

Anybody thinking Lara would even CHALLENGE Golovkin is delusional. Dude would have absolutely no breathing room, and his feather fists would not keep Golovkin humble. Golovkin would literally break him down and if he doesn't brutally knock Lara out, Lara's corner would stop the fight from the sustained punishment.

Lara hardly has the skill to evade Canelo, Angulo, and ****in Vanes..... What the **** is he going to do against one of the best pressure fighters of all time? (inb4 who has he fought. look, you're delusional if you can't see the complete and destructive package Gennady possesses)

EASY, and I mean EASY work Golovkin. IF no Canelo, or Jacobs and Saunders (who would be absolutely easy work and they would only be OK for GGG because of the belts...) Then a move to 168 would be far better for Golovkin, career wise, and challenge wise. Ramirez would actually present a challenge for Golovkin, not Lara.

Would Lara even beat Jacobs, Quillin or Lemiuex? Those are all 50/50 fights, and they are all levels below Golovkin.

Lara has good speed, power, defense and he has shown heart. Neither guy has fought anyone like the other

Also I seriously doubt GGG will consistently eat one to land his own like he can vs guys like Monroe or Wade, who dont sit down on their punches well.

Lara can move and has pop when he stops.

I favor GGG but i like the match up
Murray has KOed 4 of his last 6 168 pound opponents compared to Lara KOing only 1 of his last 6 154 pound opponents. That would indicate that Murray is punching harder than Lara these days. It's certainly proves Murray is quite capable of punching his way out of a Kleenex box. That's the trouble with many of the profound statements you make to prove your point. The statements are incorrect. Murray fights at 168 now and I'm sure if Lara fought Murray at 168 he would lose. Murray said GGG will KO any middleweight in the world.

they'll call lara a 154 lber, which he was
and unproven at the weight, which he is,

and just not that good. which is fair. again, i haev seen the angulo fight. the molina fight. the first vanes fight. the canelo fight. i have seen these fights.
racism and karma go hand in hand. The ********ic party just straight shook Trump fans with his SPAM university outfit. Gotta admit, that's funny as hell. money hungry business men that think of profits don't sit well in politics. I mean you'd think people would've learned from the Bush family...

I mean... you'd think the Cuban school could have something to do with...

How many blows did Gamboa take from Crawford and getting up?
How fast and what style did Rigo get up from Amagasa or Donaire?
From Kirkland or Rosado being floored by Angulo.... was Lara able to shake and then massacre Angulo's face?

if anybody is being delusional or doesn't really see the sweet science of basic winning is you.. just keeping it real

hence, Murray said... has Murray ever won a World Title?

Would Eubank Jr., same old British belt title, could he beat Murray at 160? I see Zurdo Ramirez outboxing Murray so what..

I think you're delusional. You literally just said that because Gamboa got up against Crawford, that Lara has a chance against Golovkin.

Are you ****ing kidding me? There is absolutely ZERO relevance in Lara being Cuban...

I don't think he can beat him but if GGG can't get Saunders next for the title, I wanna see him fight Lara...

I can see it now, a person who has been begging for GGG to fight Lara for years, and once GGG finally KO's him:

"Lara got dropped multiple times by Angulo, and he has no power. He couldn't even outbox Vanes. Another overrated win by Lil G'"

Vanes beat Ouma at 154 and 1 fight later coward Golovkin fought Ouma. You cowards are scared.
