OK? Did IBF not strip Tyson Fury because of their "rules"? Or claim to have the only org that actually follows protocol?

Haye beats two guys not even ranked by IBF or anyone else, he's never fought for the IBF belt or even been ranked there since his early cruiser days.

While I agree that Haye hasn't done anything to deserve that ranking, look at their list and tell me who would you move above him?

I don't think this Haye ranking is a problem, the IBF rankings in general that are absolute trash.

Because Joshua has the belt, and him v Joshua is the big fight next summer. IBF want some of that stadium fight money.
