why did GGG fans say ward is less of a draw then GGG therefore he cant demand anything yet the same doesnt go for canelo?? remember when GGG said he would fight froch or chavez at 168 but ward at 164 and ward said "no lets do it at 168" and GGG fans quickly jumped and said ward is not a big draw therefore he cant demand stuff lol.

i know you guys will once again do the run around and say "well canelo is a 160 fighter and blah blah blah"

but canelo is still a bigger draw therefore GGG cant demand anything right? the same thing you guys claim for ward for GGG.

Because your question is not a real question. It's like asking how good a champion a guy is when he only holds an interim belt. Canelo is a disgrace to boxing & all the boxing fans know it. ONLY fanboys/fangirls will defend what Canelo is doing. Ward pretty much blocked the GGG fight from happening when he signed a contract with HBO to fight at 175...so, that's not a good argument to make. Froch decided to retire instead of face GGG, & JCC jr. all but disappeared after being offered that fight.

So, sure Canelo is the bigger draw...but his own countrymen hate him right now. And if you want to defend what Canelo is doing, that's on you. Don't expect any love for doin it.

BTW, Lemieux & Murray are on the level or even greater than Trout. Trout isn't so great that he can be considered elite.

I disagree. He still lost. Trout might have been B-/B 5 years ago...today, not so much...more of a C-level fighter nowadays. Did you not watch him fight Charlo? He couldn't even box in thru Charlo's guard.

And you can't convince me Murray is a C-level fighter when he was a top-10 MW, moves up to SMW, then becomes top-10 there. Murray is at least B-...or had to be considered that when he fought GGG. If we're just talking about boxing, Trout isn't at that level where you can consider him elite. And that's what BamBam is trying to argue...that Trout is elite. He's not. He's average to above-average...or more specifically, a name that casuals will know...but a guy who hasn't really accomplished anything in 5 years.
