Golovkin was ready to fight Ward in 2013, but Ward wasn't ready for him.

Ward STILL wasn't ready when he sent Loeffler that bull**** "offer" last year. He wasn't offering to fight GGG next, or even that year. He wanted Golovkin to wait while he had a couple of tune-ups before they fought each other. If Golovkin had signed that offer he would still be waiting for Ward to be ready now.

Ward will NEVER be ready to fight GGG.

Oh so they made an offer while he was in a promotional dispute and when the guy was back and made a legitimate offer, the same one that a real fighter named Kovalev accepted, they ducked off, gotcha

Golovkin is older than Ward and if he had signed the contract Roc sent him last year he would still be waiting for Ward to finish pissing around with his tune-ups.

GGG wanted Floyd....................same argument.

1. Ggg was willing to drop down a division and challenge for Floyds belts. No weight concession from Ward
2. He wasn't looking for 50/50 from the A sider lol, or asking for a years commitment

When was Ward and GGG suppose to fight?

Remember, Ward had a shoulder injury and tune up fights planned before GGG and Lemiuex. A month after GGG/Lemiuex he cant make even 168 anymore!

If anything, Ward ducked, end of story!

It don't matter how U put it down, I rather take a Martirosyan than a Lemeiux anytime of the day. sure, he beat top rated fighters in the worst division in boxing. that's what it is.

Ward was asking Golovkin to sign a contract agreeing to move up to 168 for him after he'd finished his tune-ups.

Golovkin already had a contract with Cotto/Canelo, and the WBC covering the same period. Loeffler told Ward to come back to them after he'd finished his tune-ups and maybe they could do business.

Golovkin has picked up 2 world titles since then. Ward still hasn't finished his tune-ups.
