Yes of course he did. It was against Pacquiao, the most dangerous opponent on his resume. Why would he fight careful against lesser fighters, but slack against Pac. People also need to put the blame on Pac for not engaging as much. Before he injured his shoulder he really wasn't doing much to bring the fight to Floyd. All of that and Pac couldn't pull the trigger. DLH, Maidana, Cotto, and Castillo all gave Floyd a better fight then Pacquiao. Crowd booed because of Pac as well. There were multiple times Pac was right in front of Floyd and did nothing. People can make excuses and hate on Floyd but he did what he always does. This is what a one armed Pacman was able to do fighting an IV enriched Floyd. What do you think he'll do with 2 healthy arms? It's a no brainer a 2 armed Pac will mop this dude silly.

Excuses if whomever lose?
