Lying Manny gave them grounds to sue. They have legal standing, poor fanny manny should have taken the loss like a man. If he didn't lie, or fake an injury, I doubt attorneys would sue PAC if there was no grounds to sue. Floyd isn't being sued and he made more money. Explain that. But, on what grounds would you sue Floyd? Under penalty of perjury PAC signed that NSAC form. PAC filled out that same form many times, right? This will bite him in the azz. Also all his inconsistent statements will all come into play.
