I would say most of the Reigns currently are some of the weakest I've every seen

Most of them was Handed titles because the previous title holder retired if you look at it. Most of them did not even have to fight anybody GOOD to win their Titles. Wilder is not WBC Champion if Vitali did not retire, even a OLD Vitali in his 40's would beats all of these current Heavyweight Champions
