To be fair I'm a massive ggg fan. I just try look at it from both sides and try to understand why s hit happens. I even favor GGG vs Canelo but that doesn't mean much when it comes to who needs who and who can afford to do what they want. Canelo could literally just go "I'm back at 54" and every s hitty Canelo fan will just say "Why is lil G trying to make people come up and down for him?..nelo never fought at 160. Ggg said he'd fight anyone from 154-168. Lolololz"

It's just the way it is. Ggg is a name..he has the titles..you're in the books...now make people remember you. Stop acting like a prospect trying to get your first title. This isnt 1960... All that matters in this day and age to a lot of fighters is getting the title, defending it once and thats it.

Boxing can really learn a lot from UFC

They have learned from the UFC. Every time a major star loses in the UFC, his or her's PPV buys fall off. We're in the age of fighter fans, not fight fans. In fighter fans minds, it makes sense to toss the biggest star into a fight, and then into the trash when he loses. That leaves boxing with a star (GGG) that can only sell 250,000 units on his best night. Way to build the sport. There's a reason why none of you own a promotion company.

Well..he claims some things changed and he can make it... I'll have to take their word over yours. Dude's young enough where if he changed some s hit he'd probably make it fine. Dude's team was always criticized so you never know if they learned some s hit or hired someone for nutrition or what not. I can't help but wonder if Canelo wasn't so loyal to his team if he'd have better conditioning/prep and no trouble makin 154.

No I picked up on that right away, clear signal he was vacating. But why do real men fight with no titles on the line? This is boxing, titles count. If Canelo sacks up someday and challenges Ggg, you think he's gonna make it a non title affair? You keep your belts Ggg lol.
