    Can't believe Haye-Valuev was in 2009.

I remember watching that fight and expecting Haye to get robbed and was really happy when he got the decision.
Same here man, I was so happy for him back then, I actually was a fan of his but like many others slowly began to see him for what he was.

Said it before, he wants the celebrity lifestyle and image, and his route into that limelight is scamming boxing fans. It is a crying shame so many casual British fans still think he is some form of heavyweight blessing.

Its pretty embarrassing, you can't help but cringe at how transparent he and his plans are.

Haye likes the finer things in life - i.e flying first class all around the world, staying in the top 5/6 star hotels. He doesn't know business outside the ring just inside.
I don't give a **** how he's spending his money, I'm just telling you he has made more than enough money.

I actually like Haye. I believe he didn't live up to his full potential but that is no knock on him. Many fighters never realize their full potential due to lack of consistency. People are on here, acting like he is only after fame and fortune, and I don 't believe that. I truly believe Haye wants to be the best and he truly feels he is. But after his poor performance against Klitschko, the excuses he made after the fight, and the series of injuries afterwards he has lost a lot of fans.

But I would never root for another man's downfall, to me that is mentality of a loser.

What don't you understand David Haye is broke as **** - he spent all the Klitschko money he has earned and has made terrible terrible investments - plus the little **** will be getting divorced so 50% goes to his ex misses.

And I'm absolutely loving it, the guy is a fraud, and yet only a couple of months ago this forum was filled with people loving Haye saying he would destroy AJ and dominate the HW division...

It isn't over for Haye. Though he needs to fight legit guys starting now.

Call him whatever you want. If you can sellout an arena fighting less ideal competition why would you not milk it for all it's worth? He is doing exactly what all promoters have done through the history of the sport...
