Does anybody really believe that two egos this gigantic could ever possibly negotiate together in good faith?
This story is utterly ******ed and it's only being perpetuated by sports media outlets because there's absolutely nothing else to report on. It's never going to happen. Both of them just want the free publicity you're all giving them.

Plus it's been McGregor who has been keeping Floyd's name in his mouth for over a year for publicity. Even if McGregor gets a supposed 7 million in his next UFC fight, his days are numbered because quite frankly he isn't a complete MMA fighter and the blueprint is there to beat him.

And nobody knew who the hell he was 3 years ago. His curve to that kind of money simply craps over Mayweather's.Last edited by LacedUp; 05-22-2016, 03:01 PM.

He needs to redeem himself against Diaz. And he had the opportunity. And he pulled out. What was his official reason? I may be wrong but wasn't it that he felt talking to the press was too much for him to handle?

He can generate big Money fights against other boxers as well, but those are more risky fights. Clearly, Floyd is done with taking anymore risks at the age of 40.
But fighting opponents who are not in the sport of Boxing doesn't seem to be a risk to him. Which is correct. If McGregor can't kick and he can't slam his ass on the ground, he is harmless and will get boxed and elbowed during the clinches, on to a unanimous decision, if not a TKO.
Mayweather will win but Conner is not "harmless." McGregor has very fast hands and I can see him landing punches on Mayweather's 40-year-old big black bald head. He's younger and confident. The way he throws his left hand is dangerous for any human being, mayweather or not.
