Floyd Mayweather has shown us nothing we haven't seen before in a boxing ring.

and again at you acting liek you need to give me a boxrec history lesson on kenny buchanan or kid gavilan. how old are you? remembering your posts prior to my bscene retirement, you never struck me as very old. how much can a kid really know about boxing history? and does he have the tenure of being around the sport to contextualize what he's read or seen from recorded fights?

i'm almost 30, and i got into boxing history before i got into contemporary boxing. i started my fight collection in the 90's [lost it when my parent's house was hit by lightning, a story i've told in several sections on the forum.] you sound like some kid who wants to drop a couple of names to try and impress.
I'm 35 so have 5 years on you in terms of boxing history. I'm also much harder than you and in a fight would destroy you with as much ease as Montreal Duran would destroy Floyd Mayflower

I would also destroy your anus while you lay on the ground unconscious, you complete ***.

I challenge you to a boxing quiz.

What in your opinion are their best wins and worst loses?

How would Floyd deal with those outstanding 'REAL' fighters in a fantasy match.

        Take your time, Kid.

        You'll need it
All of them except Carlos Ortiz admittedly, and only against Buchanan. Watched Buchanan fights after seeing him in with Duran. And you seem like a Scotsman with an unrealistic opinion of a tough Jock who eventually got mauled by the only guy you mentioned who would have a chance against Floyd- Duran.

What's the point of a boxing quiz when your own thread discredits any inherent knowledge you may have of the sport?

With the use of super Peds nowadays I expect better moves from current boxers.

To be honest Wilder's close to completing the flying super man KO. When he eventually ko's someone with that punch he'll end up out the ring knocking himself out on a seat in the third row of the arena.

Froid worked harder and was in better shape than Toney. But Toney was still better at the style than Froid that was the question.

Also I never knew fighters got discredited for being dedicated to their craft. Toney rested on his natural talent, floyd had natural talent and still worked hard. thats the difference between someone like a zab judah and mayweather. physically same talent level, whereas one is just mentally stronger n works harder.
You are basically agreeing with me. What makes Froid better was the work he put in. Toney was still better at the actual style than Froid. Toney was better at the craft Froid was in better shape.

Froid could never be as out of shape as Toney was and win.

In all seriousness Ortiz is the best out of the bunch. A fantastic ring general with a complete skill set.

Buchanan beat a shot to **** Ortiz. Ortiz was beyond past it when Ken stopped him on his stool.

Yes Duran mauled Buchanan and always would but it's Duran were talking about. A top 5 ATG animal. The fact PRIME Duran had to nut shot Buchanan to stop him is a testament to Buchanans toughness. Even Duran is on record saying Ken B was the toughest he ever faced. Ken Buchanan is in the Hands of Stone movie btw.

I'm sorry, are you actually trying to present the argument that James Toney was better at his craft with the shoulder roll defense and counter punching than Floyd Mayweather?

Are you actually trying to present that?

That's a bigger duck than Canelo vs GGG.
