Just to be a pro boxer you have to have that killer instinct, to drop that belt would be hardest thing I could ever do. I'm giving you my belt because of (fill in the blank). Money be damned! No way, no how.

This is real life not fantasy land. Like Broner said, "My kids can't eat belt soup!". I've seen an IBF strap for sale on pawn stars. What I'm getting at is if you had a belt but were broke its $ over a belt. It's like that even if you arnt broke. Look at Cotto. He would have had to pay $800,000 to keep his WBC title. In real life, not fantasy world but real life, you're telling me you'd pay $800,000 just so an organization will call you it's "official" champion?

Pump your breaks Wanker. I'm a Floyd fan but I'm not a Canelo fan. I don't think Canelo has one good to great win in his career, I don't think his resume is impressive, I'm not down with his made up weight class. Besides being marketed well, I don't see what's A side about him. He acts as if he beat Mayweather and everything should be his way. I'm almost ready to call him a full fraud.

            Pathetic.
I see more Floyd fans hating on Canelo than defending him

Then he shouldny have fought for the belt cs cotto in the first place. Canelo is far from broke. Also he went and paid the fee vs khan why not doit vs a legit threat? Canelo signed before the paper stating he would get an optional defense but then would have 15 days to negotiate with ggg after. He knew this would happen before he fought khan and was ok with it but now that its actually happening hes *****ing about the deadline. We all know the real reason he vacated is so that he wont be forced to fight at 160. Now he can try and push for that 155 even though he himself is a real middleweight.

Canelo vacating the belt is all about showing that they hold the cards. He is saying "you want the belt? Here you go, but if you actually ever want to fight a boxer people have heard of, the biggest star in boxing to be exact, you'll take my demands and quit playing hardball".

I didn't put all you Floyd fans in the same category, but there are a lot of people who are on Canelo's side who happen to be Floyd fans.

There was a thread here by Omowale Tribe where there was a poll to choose either Team Golovkin or Team Canelo. Most Floyd fans picked Team Canelo.

Not necessarily saying Floyd fans are Canelo fans as well, but they do defend him quite a bit especially his "A side status" with the GGG negotiations.
