How the **** did Mike Tyson have a body builder's body from boxing workouts?

Yes if he went to school and played football he would have gotten a scholarship for football as a linebacker or fullback. But I have seen him play basketball and he isn't very good at that. In fact with proper rules I could have easily beaten him, so his athleticism while frightening isn't matched by great eye hand coordination. So it's not a given he could have caught a football or hit a baseball.Genetic freak. He short, built like a freak running back(think Emmitt Smith).
If Tyson grew up in a proper middle class family he never would have stepped foot in a boxing gym and would have been ****ing high school cheerleaders after Friday night games and gotten a scholarship to a big university.Last edited by low blows; 05-17-2016, 11:06 PM.Comment

As pointed out that was to beat tests for all the mary Jane and Devil's Dandruff he had in his bloodstream, not sure if that counts as 'Performance enhancing' LOL.
I'm pretty sure Tyson roided at some point however just because everyone else did as well.Comment

Tom Hardy flat out admitted he did. The problem for actors who have to bulk off for a specific role is oftentimes they are coming straight out of another role that doesn't require that physique so they literally have only about 9-10 weeks to pack on all that muscle. There can of course be exceptions, and I don't know for sure whether Tom Hardy or Will Smith took anything to drastically change their bodies. I just suspect it whenever I see transformations that seem unnatural. I believe our bodies are, for the most part, the way they're supposed to be. Exercising can bring the most out of our potential, but there is a limit to what can happen. When that limit is surpassed in an unbalanced way, I see it as a warning sign of something gone awry.
When you are headlining a $100-$200 million dollar film I suspect you leave nothing to chance when it comes to getting into the required shape. I'd bet they ALL use PED's for those types of roles and transformations.Comment

Well Africans don't eat as much meat as we do in the first world. They also don't eat enough and don't get enough nutrients in their food. You put their elite on the diet of an American with American training methods, they'll be in top shape too.His training routine was out of this world. He was training from like 3 in the morning until night, the entire day basically. Every single day. Going to the gym for sparring was basically his time off. He was doing **** the entire day. Who the **** would want to live like that...
I'm sure he also used PED's / roids, but his training routine was legit. He watched his diet, stuff like that can drive you nuts after a while. So naturally when he stopped training and started eating cakes and all that **** again he just blew up. I remember when he got out of jail, he was fat as ****. Couple months later for his next fight he was ripped, a monster. But yeah, I don't give a **** about "genetics". Notice how nobody in Africa has those genetics, or China, Asia basically, and so on. For some reason it's just the countries where people can afford steroids. You can't look the way he did without the use of PEDs / roids. Same with Holyfield, RJJ and so on. A lot of MMA guys are also on roids / PED's. Once they stopped using those their bodies fell apart, they look like deflated balloons now. There's a reason why we compare these guys to bodybuilder type bodies. Because bodybuilders are all on steroids, at least those giants you see on TV. Not those fruity vegans that weigh like 120 pounds.Comment
