How the **** did Mike Tyson have a body builder's body from boxing workouts?

    His training routine was out of this world. He was training from like 3 in the morning until night, the entire day basically. Every single day. Going to the gym for sparring was basically his time off. He was doing **** the entire day. Who the **** would want to live like that...

    I'm sure he also used PED's / roids, but his training routine was legit. He watched his diet, stuff like that can drive you nuts after a while. So naturally when he stopped training and started eating cakes and all that **** again he just blew up. I remember when he got out of jail, he was fat as ****. Couple months later for his next fight he was ripped, a monster. But yeah, I don't give a **** about "genetics". Notice how nobody in Africa has those genetics, or China, Asia basically, and so on. For some reason it's just the countries where people can afford steroids. You can't look the way he did without the use of PEDs / roids. Same with Holyfield, RJJ and so on. A lot of MMA guys are also on roids / PED's. Once they stopped using those their bodies fell apart, they look like deflated balloons now. There's a reason why we compare these guys to bodybuilder type bodies. Because bodybuilders are all on steroids, at least those giants you see on TV. Not those fruity vegans that weigh like 120 pounds.

        Forget boxing, a lot of people in our everyday lives are on steroids; it's ever-present in gyms all over the world. Some of them are really easy to spot out, too. If you see a guy who's face, neck, shoulders, and legs don't really match the rest of his body, that's a big warning sign. I see people like that all the time. Just take a look around in your everyday store.

        It's like the Will Smith transformation; naturally lanky people who seem to all a sudden gain comparatively huge muscles for their body-frame. Heck, even the actor who played Bane in the Batman movie was SUPER lanky when he was 19. It makes no sense, but I guess people either don't care or don't notice. I believe it's similar to weight issues/diets in women. It isn't covered a lot, but there's pressure on men to conform to body-image standards, too.

        I have no clue what the effect on a body is. I imagine that they do gain some strength out of it, but I doubt it's truly sustainable or healthy, long-term. For me, the best indicator of natural strength is bone structure, not muscles. I'm only 5'7 1/2, but I have wide shoulders for my height, and I've never met someone stronger than me. People don't really expect it, because, while wide, I don't have pig thighs for arms, lol.

        That's the funny part, though; it is assumed that taller people and those that are most bulked-up are the strongest. They gain a lot of societal benefits because of that, but in my experience it's not true. If anything, boxing is great proof of the strength that practically anyone can have. In reality, you just can't judge off looks.

        But it is what it is.

          Some people are naturally muscular, i have a kid on my team 9 years old built up like Tyson

            He admitted to avoid orine testing by pissing with a fake penis and clear urine.

              Tyson lifted weights like a champ. Back in the day I saw a documentary on him and he was a gym rat...... Benching like 350-400 pounds.

                  Genetic freak. He short, built like a freak running back(think Emmitt Smith).

                  If Tyson grew up in a proper middle class family he never would have stepped foot in a boxing gym and would have been ****ing high school cheerleaders after Friday night games and gotten a scholarship to a big university.

                      Tyson is a genetic freak, he did lift weights he did heavy squats, deadlifts and ate steak and eggs every day plus he said he was taking supplements as well
