He probably try to cycle it off but VADA were still able to catch that amount in his body.
Why would he only have trace amount if he was attempting to cheat ? What you are saying makes zero sense, their is an explanation yet you want to overlook it.

He took it in between testing. They're claim of Povetkin taking it last Sept was bull!

If he took it between tests he would have more than trace amounts, unless he only took trace amount which makes no sense whatsoever !

He try to cycle it off? Who knows, all these questions should be forwarded to the cheat. Unless he has a heart defect he should or wouldn't be on those pills.

And honestly even if there have been 1 or 2 cases like Povetkin's it could just mean those guys were microdosing too.
Russian sportsmen Elistratov and Kulizhnikov. They had similar situation - one day they didn't have meldonium, the other day thay had small traces. The case was investigated and they were proven to be not guilty.
Microdosing doesn't have any sence. Meldonium isn't very effective even in full doses on daily course (if is effective at all). And microdosing will not have any effect at all. It's like you would take micrograms of coffee - doesn't have any effect at all.
